Governor Rick Scott today issued the below statement regarding the death of Marine Corps Capt. Jahmar F. Resilard following a warplane crash off the coast of Japan this week. Governor Scott will honor the memory and sacrifice of Capt. Resilard, who was originally from Miramar, by ordering the lowering of flags when appropriate.
